- Room and apartment occupancy is based on one or two people.

- Parking is available across the street in a privately owned lot.

- Minimum stays and rental rates apply to holidays and special events.

- A 50% deposit is required when booking Rooms.
|
- Full payment and security deposit is required when booking Apartments.

- Deposits on rooms cancelled during the summer season, holidays or special events are
NON-REFUNDABLE.
At all other times, cancellations or changes to reservations require 14 days advanced notice to receive deposit refund minus a service charge equivalent of 15% of the cost of the stay.

- All reservations cancelled or changed with less than 14 days notice will be responsible to pay the full deposit. All reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be responsible to pay the full charges for the stay.

- Payment of the balance of the bill is required on arrival in cash, traveler’s checks or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted at this time.
|
- There is no refund for early departure.

- Check-in is 3:00 pm
