Welcome to The 384 House An historic sea captain's home centrally located in the East End Gallery District of Provincetown. Built in 1860 and renovated in 2007, The 384 House is an intimate guesthouse, offering a variety of accommodation options. We have four guest rooms and two one-bedroom apartments, giving you a range of choices. The Waterview Suite occupies the front of the house and overlooks the harbor. It has two rooms with private bath, a queen bed and sleep sofa, can sleep two - four. The Captain’s Room sleeps two, has a queen bed with private bath. There are also the Crew Rooms, two private rooms with full beds, sleeps two per room, which share a bath, for those traveling in tandem or on a budget. The two top floor apartments are: The Bay View, a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, private bath, full bed, sleeps two with a superlative view of Provincetown & The Quarterdeck, a one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen, queen bed, and sleep sofa can sleep two - four, private bath, with an exclusive use deck offering roof top, garden and harbor views. You can see Provincetown Harbor from every level of the house; the rooms and apartments are equipped with WIFI, television, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Our accommodations are perfect for family or group vacations, a wedding party, or a business conference. A full continental breakfast for the four guest rooms is served daily, and the apartments are pet friendly. The 384 House is within walking or cycling distance to everything Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, galleries, shopping, theater, and nightlife are right outside the door. The Boston ferries are a five minute walk, and the bay beach is easily accessed half a block away. You can spend the day out and about, or you can sit and relax on the second floor deck, enjoying the roof top and garden views of Provincetown. The 384 House is also home to the Esmond-Wright Gallery, which features a fascinating mix of works by established and contemporary Provincetown artists.
